Most Basoo® products come with a comprehensive warranty package that includes:

Limited Warranty (2-5 Years)

For all Basoo® products stating they come with a 2-5 year limited warranty, Basoo will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for 2 to 5 years from the date of purchase or date of delivery (whichever is later). This warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser and does not cover part failure due to normal wear, misuse, or abuse.

Because Basoo cannot guarantee the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty only applies if the product was purchased from Basoo or an authorized seller, unless prohibited by law. Basoo reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized online retailers. Proof of purchase (showing date and place of purchase) may be required.

This warranty does not cover accessories or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPLACES ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. BASOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some regions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental/consequential damages, so these terms may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state or province.

Additional Protections:

• 1-Year Free Service Contract – Basoo will maintain the product and replace worn parts due to normal use, free of charge, for 1 year from purchase or delivery (whichever is later). This applies only to products bought from Basoo or authorized sellers.

• 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee – If you’re unsatisfied with your Basoo product for any reason, return it within 90 days of purchase/delivery for a full refund. Proof of purchase is required, and this guarantee only applies to authorized purchases.
